Resident taken to hospital from Worlds End Estate

On a routine foot patrol on the Worlds End Estate, a Chelsea Safer Neighbourhood officer carrying out a welfare check discovered a resident who had fallen in his property overnight.

London Ambulance were called and attended the address very quickly.

Resident was taken to hospital and will hopefully get the care he needs.
